Accommodation
Nestled in the picturesque Shropshire countryside, this charming detached cottage offers a peaceful retreat in a truly idyllic setting. Steeped in history, with parts of the property dating back centuries, the cottage is rich in character—featuring exposed wooden beams, original doors, and other traditional touches.

With seven comfortable bedrooms, the cottage is ideal for retreats. Every two bedrooms share a bathroom, providing both convenience and privacy for guests.

Step outside to enjoy a spacious garden with sweeping views of the surrounding countryside – perfect soaking in the tranquillity. Located in the quaint rural village of Llanyblodwel, you’ll be surrounded by unspoiled nature and peaceful charm.

Close to the edge of the Berwyn Mountain Range, the area is perfect for taking breaks in nature. It’s an ideal place to relax and reconnect with the natural world.

The daily program consists of walking and sitting mindfulness meditation all day with short breaks. Everyday between breakfast and lunch there is time for personal report meetings where the teacher is guiding the participants and adjusting the intensity of the practice individually. See schedule

They offer a healthy vegetarian/vegan breakfast and lunch. During the evening break we serve yoghurt and tea. Coffee and tea is available all day.
